The need for a lawyer is based upon the need for help. At Seeger, Hodson, & Forbes we understand this, and we have centered our practice on providing the help that our clients need.

We concentrate our practice in those areas of the law in which we have found that our clients typically have the greatest needs: Elder Law, Estate Planning, Wills, Business Law, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Claims, and Social Security Disability.

To meet the needs of our clients, we are licensed to practice not only in the State of Indiana, but also in Illinois and Florida, and we strive to maintain the quality of our practice by regularly attending and participating in continuing legal education programs on both the state and national level.

We also recognize that we have an obligation not only to our clients but also to our community as a whole. So we have adopted a practice of active volunteer involvement with numerous local non-profit and charitable organizations including Lafayette Transitional Housing Center, Inc., Habitat for Humanity, West Lafayette Little League, Red Storm Athletics, Greater Lafayette Recreational Soccer Association and the Gus Macker charity basketball tournament.
