Jim Hodson has been helping individuals, families and businesses put their finances back together since 1982. Jim is a Native Hoosier, having graduated with Honors from Purdue University with a Finance B.S. Degree in Management in 1976. After working in the Banking Industry for 3 years, he attended Valparaiso University School of Law, graduating in 1982. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana, the Federal District Courts of Indiana, the Federal Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Jim has been a long time member of the Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights Section of the Indiana Bar Association. He also served for five years on the Bankruptcy Rules Committee for the Northern District of Indiana.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jay Seeger, who was named an Indiana Super Lawyer in the area of Elder Law for the third consecutive year.  Indiana Super Lawyers are selected by Law & Politics Media based upon a survey of 14,000 Indiana attorneys. Only 5% of all Indiana lawyers were chosen as Super Lawyers.
